Ever since I was young I've always had a passion for people; for listening to them, helping them, understanding them or just revelling in the stories, experiences and cultures of the diversity that surrounds us.
I began my career working with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, often with mental health issues, and I took real motivation from helping them surpass their own expectations of what was possible. Since then I have started my own family and dealt with the inevitable stresses and worries we all face in our lives.
My desire to help others and balance my own life led to me exploring hypnosis as a career where I have gained knowledge, skills and techniques that can help all those I work with. I trained at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and the University of West London gaining my Certificate of Personal and Professional Development in Clinical Hypnosis (PG Cert) and Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis (PDCHyp).
I have subsequently gained the Certified Hypnotic Birthing Practitioner (CHBP) qualification from Easibirthing in 2018.
